  1. Client Responsibilities

2.1. As a client of Muller Property Management, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding your property and tenancy details.

2.2. You are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to landlord-tenant laws, fair housing laws, and property maintenance requirements.

2.3. You acknowledge that Muller Property Management acts solely as an intermediary and does not assume responsibility for the actions or conduct of tenants or third parties.

  1. Fees and Payments

3.1. Our property management services are subject to fees, which will be agreed upon in a separate agreement between Muller Property Management and the client.

3.2. You agree to pay all fees and charges promptly as specified in the agreement. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension or termination of our services.

3.3. Muller Property Management reserves the right to modify the fees or payment terms with prior written notice to the client.

  1. Termination

4.1. Either party may terminate the property management services by providing a written notice within the agreed-upon termination period specified in the agreement.

4.2. Upon termination, all outstanding fees and charges must be settled.

4.3. Termination of the property management services does not relieve the client of any obligations or liabilities incurred during the duration of the agreement.

  1. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Muller Property Management shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to property damages, financial losses, or legal disputes.

5.2. In no event shall Muller Property Management’s liability exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

  1. Governing Law
